摘要
心肌肥厚是高血压最 常见的并发症之一,临床上大多数表现为左心肥厚(LVH),其发病机制至今尚不清楚。研究表明,LVH不仅是高血压发病的独立危险因素,且成为心血管疾病的重要危险因子。本文扼要地介绍了心肌肥厚分子机制研究中一些新的方法,如用差减杂交法分离心肌肥厚相关基因和用酵母双杂交系统调取与心肌肥厚发生有关的信号分子。这方面的研究将成为揭示高血压发病机制的重要研究内容,并将为心血管病的防治提供有益的线索。
The cardiac hypertrophy is
a prevalent complication of hypertension, the mechanism of cardiac hypertrophy (clinically called as left ventricular hypertrophy, LVH) is unclear. LVH is not only an independent risk factor, but also a strong one. In this short re-port, it is recommended briefly for some new strategy to study on the molecular mechanism
of cardiac hypertrophy such as isolating its re-lated genes by subtractive hybridization and searching for its signaling molecules by yeast two-hybrid. These studies may become the important fields in revealing the pathogenesis of hypertension and also bring us useful clue in prevention and therapeutics of cardiovascular diseases.
