摘要
系统地研究了工步优化问题的数学模型;给出了基于模拟退火和遗传算法的工步优化的求解步骤,提出可替代工种链、自适应变异概率的概念;采用知识库推理、ODBC技术建立了零件工步优化的过程模型,将之应用于以加工中心为主要加工设备的创成式CAPP之中。
In this paper,mathematical model of operation optimization is discussed firstly. Secondly, the concept of adaptively mutational probability and substitutable process chain, are put forward and the computational steps of operation optimization based on simulated annealing & genetic algorithms are given. At last,the technology of knowledge inference and ODBC to construct procedural model of operation optimization, are adopted to produce generative CAPP in which parts are mainly machined on machining centers.
