摘要
上海里弄具有重要的文化价值,然而,在过去的旧城改造中,其重要的价值却被忽视,给上海城市发展造成了无法挽回的损失。当前,在上海新一轮旧城发展中,必须扭转思路,摒弃"一刀切"模式,而采取"旧城保护和更新"的发展模式,对旧城区建筑、空间、肌理和社会网络进行"整体性保护",从保护理念、技术法规、管理政策以及资金保障制度等多方面促进上海文化遗产的保护和社会的和谐发展。
Shanghai Linong residence has significant cultural value; however, it has been neglected during the reconstruction of Shanghai traditional districts in the old time which has brought unretrievable loss for Shanghai. Nowadays, in the new round development of Shanghai traditional districts, we has to change our mind and abandon the mode of ＂demolishing all existing buildings＂ and adopt the mode of ＂conservation and renewal＂ in old districts. This paper proposes that buildings, space, context and social networks should be conserved in an integrated plan and conservation ideology, regulations, policies and financial guarantee system should be considered to facilitate cultural heritage conservation and social harmonious development of Shanghai.
