摘要
研究了含砷生铁在电炉熔炼条件下, 加入稀土镁硅铁合金的铸铁中石墨形态特点及砷的分布规律。结果表明, 砷既有干扰石墨球形成, 诱发水草形、松枝形石墨析出的作用,也有使石墨球更加圆整的作用;
This paper studies the features of graphite morphology and distribution laws of Arsenic treated with rare earth bearing Mg Se Fe alloy under the conditions of melting pig iron containing Arsenic in induction furnance. The results show that Arsenic not only distrubs the graphite formation and induces the function of waterwead and pine branch shaped graphite, but also promotes the roundness of graphite nodules. Also the variation in graphite morphologies are related to the sizes of samples.
