应用透射电子显微镜观察稀土镁球墨铸铁组织时的新发现

摘要 在高倍(100000~320000×)观察图象时发现,在稀土镁球墨铸铁组织中有许多超显微结构。超显微结构在放大320000倍条件下才能观察到类似珠光体的片层结构;碳化物出现单层或多层结构;Ce2C在固溶体中析出使球铁拉伸强度提高。除形貌观察外,还对某些组织及组织组成物(相),应用选区电子衍射(SAED)技术进行了物相结构标定〔 The metallic film and metallographic replica for RE Mg ductile iron have been observed by using TEM.At higher magnification(100 000~320 000×),much ultramicroscopical structure in RE Mg ductile iron was found,which in the form of lamellar structure similar to pearlite can be seen only at magnification of 320 000,the carbides occur in single layer or multiple layer structure.Due to precipitation of Ce 2C from solid solution,the tensile strength of the ductile iron was increased.Except morphology,some structures and substance phase of structures have been calibrated using SAED.
