摘要
目的:探讨星状神经节阻滞联合黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片)治疗慢性紧张性头痛的临床疗效。方法:92例患者随机分为A组对照组(黛力新治疗),B组观察组(星状神经节阻滞+黛力新),观察临床疗效。结果:A组总有效率71.1%,B组总有效率为91.5%。结论:星状神经节阻滞联合黛力新治疗慢性紧张性头痛疗效满意,不良反应轻微,是一种较好的治疗慢性紧张性头痛的方法。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of stellate ganglion block combined with deanxit （ Fiupentixol melitracen tablets） in the treatment of chronic tension type headache. Methods：92 patients were randomly divided into group A （control group with Deanxit treatment） and group B （observation group with stellate ganglion block combined with Deanxit treatment ） ,total effective rate was observed. Results：The total effective rate of group A was 71.1% ,while the total effective rate of group B was 91.5%. Condusion：Stellate ganglion block combined with deanxit treatment of chronic tension type headache has satisfactory outcome with little adverse effect, it is a good treatment of chronic tension type headache.
