摘要
目的:研究正常和损伤膝关节的MRI表现。方法:对经手术,关节镜或临床证实的20例膝关节损伤进行回顾性MRI分析与研究。结果:显示29个损伤半月扳,其中内侧损伤11个,外侧损伤12个,两侧同时损伤3例6个,前交叉损伤8例,后交叉损伤4例,前后同时损伤2例。内侧副韧带损伤3例,外侧副韧带损伤2例,关节囊积液14例,骨折5例,骨挫伤14例。结论:MRI能清晰显示膝关节半月板,韧带损伤及其他并发症。
Objective：To evaluate the MRI finding of normal and abnormal knees. Methods ：20 injuries knees confirmed by operation or arthroscopy or clinically were restrospectively review. Result：Showed 29 injured meniscal, injureds included 11 medial injured, 12 lateral injuries and 3 cases （n = 6）of bilateral injuries anterior crueiate ligament injury in 8 ,poste - riot cruciate ligament injury in 4,2cases of anterior and poste - rior injury,MCL ligament damage in 3 ,lateral ligamentous injury in 2 cases, 14 cases of effusion in the knee joint capsule, bone bruise in 14, fracture in 5. Conclusion： MRI can dearly show the injured knee meniscus and ligament and its complications.
