膝关节半月板损伤MRI诊断

摘要 半月板是膝关节最重要的结构之一，具有传导载荷、缓冲振荡、维持关节稳定和协助润滑关节等功能。运动不当或外伤易致膝关节半月板损伤。常规X线检查、CT扫描不易屁示。以往主要靠关节造影和关节镜检查。两者均有创伤性。MRI问世以来。以其能够多方位、多参数扫描，对软组织、软骨有很高的分辨率，在半月板损伤检查中有巨大的优势，已成为诊断半月板损伤的首选方法。本文就膝关节半月板损伤的MRI诊断综述如下。
