摘要
根据碳素钢索氏体化转变的基础理论，分析钢丝生产的工艺参数。对钢丝索氏体化处理的应用，从铅槽的结构、铅液覆盖、测温点的选择等方面进行探讨，为指导实际生产。
The technological parameters for steel wire production are analyzed in accordance with the basic theory for sorbitic transformation of carbon steel The application of sorbitic treatment is approached in such aspects as the structure of lead pot,covering of lead liquid,selecting of temperature measuring point etc so as to direct practical production and provide reference basis for rationally adjusting the technology and equipment conditions
