摘要
本文论述了新型水溶性淬火介质-聚丙烯酸钠水溶液在不同使用温度及不同浓度下的冷却特性,提出了以聚丙烯酸钠介质代铅浴对中碳钢丝进行索氏体化处理的最佳工艺参数。
In this paper,the cooling characteristics of sodium polyacry-late solution of different concentrations at various temperatures were stu-died.The optimum technological parameters of patenting for medium carbonsteel wire quenched in the sodium polyacrylate solution were suggested.
