摘要
通过分段冷却试验,并对试验结果进行了回归分析,得到了消除16Mn钢板铁素体—珠光体带状组织的临界冷却速度的计算公式,并与文献数值进行了对比,提出了改进计算精度的方法。
Stepped cooling tests ware carried out to the samples,the critical cooling rate above which the banded structure of ferrite perlite in 16 Mn steel plate could disappear were obtained by regression analysis of the test results,and compared with the document values.An approach to improve calculation precision was proposed.
