摘要
提出了一种将钢板在相变冷却过程中,分段采用缓冷、空冷及水冷的试验方法,用于研究冷却速度对钢板组织的影响,并推荐了测试冷却过程钢板表面温度的热电偶型式,给出了确定钢板不同位置平均冷却速度的方法。
A test method of steel plate cooled seperately by water,air and slow cooling ways during austenite decomposition temperature range is proposed to inspect the effect of cooling velocity on the microstructure of the plate.The pattern of the thermocouple is suggested to measure the surface temperature of the plate.The calculation means is provided to determine the average cooling velocity at different positions on the plate.
