摘要
目的 研究Graves眼病的磁共振成像 (MRI)表现 ,探讨其在临床治疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析 3 2例Graves眼病的MRI影像资料。结果 MRI显示眼外肌肿胀 3 2例 ,其中眼外肌水肿 2 6例 ,脂肪变性 3例 ,眼外肌纤维化 3例。眼球突出 2 7例 ,提上睑肌肥厚 2 2例 ,泪腺肿大 5例 ,眼上静脉扩张 3例 ,视神经增粗 3例。结论 MRI不仅能显示Graves眼病的形态学改变 ,并能显示眼外肌的病理变化。
Objective To study the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) findings of Graves ophthalmopathy and to evaluate the usefulness of MRI in clinical therapy. Methods MRI sutdy of 32 patients with Graves ophthalmopathy were reviewed retrospectively. Results Extraocular muscles enlargement were demonstrated by MRI in 32 patients of which extraocular muscles edema occurred in 26 cases,fatty degeneration in 3 cases and fibrosis in 3 cases.Exophthalmos was observed in 27 cases,thickened superioris palpebrae levator muscles in 22 cases,swollen lacrimal gland in 5 cases,dilated superior ophthalmic vein in 3 cases,and thickened optic nerve in 3 cases. Conclusions MRI not only can demonstrate the morphology changes of Graves ophthalmopathy but also can identify histologic changes in extraocular muscles.It may have an impact on therapeutic decisions concerning the application of anti inflammatory drugs.
