眼眶在整个人体中虽然只占据一个较小部分,但结构复杂,疾病种类繁多,几乎与全身各系统均有密切关系。
The CT scan was widely used in diagnosing the dissases of orbit.Thecommon sympton of orbital disases was enlarged extraocular muscles.The causes of it were different and so was the pathogensis.One hundredand seventy-one cases of enlarged extraocular muscles were involoved inour study.The abnormalities of the CT scan,clinical symptons and degr-ees of the muscle enlargement were discussed,especially the pathogene-sy.The clinical diagnosis could only been determined by means of all thematerials.These were great useful in aspects of treatment and prognosis.
