摘要
为测量岩芯受到的钻井液动态损害,优选出保护油层需要的钻井液和完井液,设计出了基于PIC18F单片机的岩芯动态滤失率测试仪。该测试仪通过模拟井下高温高压和流体流速的环境来测量岩芯的动失水和评价钻井液的优劣。实际应用表明,该仪器能实时显示模拟的温度、流量和压力等试验参数,并可实时显示测试过程中的滤失曲线,具有操作简便、准确高效的特点。
To test the dynamic damage of the core caused by drilling fluids, the optimized drilling and completion fluids that meet the requirements of reservoir protection should be selected, core dynamic filtration rate instrument is developed based on PIC18FMCU. This instrument can measure core dynamic filtration rate caused by drilling fluids under the conditions of the simulated reservoir temperature, pressure and flow rate of fluid. This instrument is easy to be operated and be well used in Xinjiang and Dagang Oilfield production management.
