摘要
新型无固相高密度压井液由GY和FAA助剂及无机盐加重剂组成。GY阳离子化程度高(可达30％),与高价无机盐的配伍性好,具有防塌、增粘、降滤失等特性;FAA助剂具有良好的协同增效作用,以CaCl_2为加重剂时压井液密度可达1.50g/cm^3,以MgCl_2为加重剂时压井液密度可达1.34g/cm^3。试验结果表明,该压井液稳定性和抑制性好,对油层伤害小,与自来水和油田污水的配伍性好,防止油侵的能力较强,而且应用简单、方便。
Completing a new solid-free killing fluid is composed of cationic polymer and inorganic salt. The stability, inhibition, compatibility, solubilization, anti-oil cutting,protective pool ability of killing fluid are tested. As a result,this killing fluid possesses the distinguish feature of better inhibition, stronger floating ability, smaller formation damage, more simple and more convenience.
