摘要
文章提出高校应在自身的历史积淀和办学特色基础上,充分调动广大师生员工的积极性,以拓展学生的素质为抓手,加强校园文化建设。同时,高校在实践中还应以科学发展观为指导,大力弘扬主流文化,精心打造学校核心价值理念,走质量立校、文化兴校的科学发展之路。
College culture is the internal driving force for its development and a direct reflection of colleges’ educational philosophy and training objective.In today’s increasingly competitive education,strengthening the college culture construction and taking the scientific development policy of persisting in its foundation for quality and talent have become the inevitable choice for the colleges.In addition,building a harmonious college culture has become the important foundation to construct a socialist harmonious society and enhance national cultural soft power,and the root for colleges’ development as well.
