摘要
文章在分析了船用辅锅炉控制系统设计要求的基础上,采用可编程控制器为控制核心,开发出上位组态监控系统及下位可编程控制器控制程序,并完成了相关信号的数据通讯,设计了一套船舶辅锅炉控制系统。本系统可实现对船舶辅锅炉相关运行参数及控制元部件的监控调节,满足相关规范要求。
The paper analyzes the design requirement of control system of marine auxiliary boilers and develops the control system with PLC as its control core with the help of three dimensional ForceControl 3.62 as the software platform of system operation.The system can work independently of the upper computer by controlling the signals with DI,DO of PLC,modulus and FX2-6A,and the interface of upper machine’s configuration serves to supervise and control the automatic control system.
