摘要 为解决传统继电器—接触器电气控制系统存在的线路复杂、可靠性和稳定性差、故障诊断及排除困难等难题,研究船舶辅锅炉自动控制。PLC控制系统与继电器—接触器控制系统相比,具有结构简单,编程方便,调试周期短,可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,故障率低,对工作环境要求低等一系列优点。因此,把PLC控制技术应用到船舶辅锅炉自动控制系统的改造方案中,大大提高了辅锅炉自动控制系统的工作性能。分析了船舶辅锅炉自动控制的控制原理,给出了相应的控制流程图,制定了辅锅炉PLC控制系统的设计方案,完成了该系统软硬件的设计,其中包括PLC机型的选择、I/O接口的分配、PLC外部接线图的绘制和PLC梯形图程序的设计。最后对辅锅炉PLC控制的工作过程作了详细阐述。 This paper is to discuss the problem of Marine auxiliary boiler control system, to solve the traditional relay-contactor control system' s difficulties such as electrical wiring complexity, poor reliability and stability, difficulties for fault diagnosis and trouble-shooting. Compared with relay-coutactor electric control system, the electrical control system based on PLC has a series of advantages such as the simple structure, easy programming, short debugging cycle, high reliability and strong anti-interference ability, low failure rate, and low environmental requirements. Therefore, PLC control technology is applied to the rehabilitation programs for the marine auxiliary boiler control system, to increase the work performance of the marine auxiliary boiler control system. Besides coming up with the control flow chart, this paper also analyzes the control theory of the marine auxiliary boiler control system and developes a design plan for the auxiliary boiler PLC control system, thus completing the system' s hardware and software design, including the choice for PLC model, the assignment of I/O port, the design of PLC external wiring diagram and PLC ladder chart. Then the auxiliary boiler PLC control process is expounded in details.
