摘要
采用放射免疫分析（ＲＩＡ）对多发脑梗死模型组大鼠和补肾益脑、活血化瘀中药治疗组血浆内皮素（Ｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉｎ， ＥＴ）进行动态测定，并用水迷宫试验评价其分辨性学习记忆能力。结果表明：多发脑梗死血浆ＥＴ存在先迅速升高，７ｄ 达峰后迅速下降，至１４ｄ 达正常水平的时相变化；补肾益脑、活血化瘀中药组各时期ＥＴ水平均显著低于模型组（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５），且前者学习记忆能力缺损轻于后者（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。提示补肾益脑。
We observed time course changes of plasma endothelin(ET) and the effects of TCM compound in a cerebral multi infarct rat model,meanwhile learning and memory abilities of distinguishing tasks were also assessed. Results showed that plasma ET concentration increased rapidly untill 7day after cerebral infarction.After fourteen days plasms ET was close to basic level.Administration of the TCM compound, which was developed according to principals of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis, could decrease ET level of 3、7、10、14 days after infarction and improve deficits of learning and memory in distinguishing tasks.It indicates that the compound can improve the outcome of cerebral multi infarction.Its mechanism is partially due to the decrease of plasma ET.
