摘要
提出了几个保持网络可靠度不变的将边可靠，结点不可靠的无向网络转化为有向网络的转化原则，进而给出了一个计算边可靠。
Several rules were presented to transform an undirected network with unreliable nodes and perfect links into a directed network without any change of reliability. A new algorithm for 2 terminal reliability with node failures has been worked out based on these transforming rules. The algorithm is very efficient. The reliability computation can be achieved much simpler by the algorithm for undirected network with node failures.
