摘要
合肥市震害预测与减灾对策系统是我国“九五”城市防震减灾信息管理和辅助决策系统之一。文章基于ＧＩＳ技术，在ＡｒｃＶｉｅｗ ＧＩＳ３．０ 环境下集成和开发了合肥市震害预测与减灾对策系统。并介绍了系统的主要结构和内容，重点探讨了系统集成的方法和技术。
As one of the information management and decision making systems of city earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation which are confirmed in the projects of the ninth five years′ plan,in this paper, based on GIS technology ,the system of earthquake prediction and disaster mitigation decision of Hefei City is integrated and developed under ArcView GIS 3.0 environment. The main structures and contents of the system are described. Some methods and techniques of system integration are studied. The key points in the process of system developing are discussed.
