摘要
目的探讨胸部撞击伤合并急性失血性休克心肺损伤的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法对我院2009年3月至2010年6月收治胸部撞击伤合并急性出血性休克心肺损伤患者26例进行回顾性分析,探讨早期诊断和治疗方法。结果休克复苏成功24例,死亡2例,其中1例死于重度颅脑损伤,1例死于严重脾破裂和严重腹腔脏器损伤。结论整体系统化治疗胸部撞击伤合并休克心肺损伤患者,可有效提高救治率和生活质量。
Objective To discuss the clinical features,the diagnosis and treatment of chest impact trauma complicated with cardiopulmonary injury of acute hemorrhagic shock.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 26 cases with chest impact trauma complicated with cardiopulmonary injury of acute hemorrhagic shock.Result Shock resuscitation was successfully made in 24 cases,and death occurred in 2 cases,one died of severe craniocerebral injury and one died of severe spleen rupture and abdominal organ injury.Conclusions Comprehensive treatment of the patients with chest impact injury complicated with cardiopulmonary injury of shock may effectively raise the salvage rate as well as the quality of life of the patients.
