摘要
经狗主胰管逆行快速注射自体胆汁复制急性出血性胰腺炎(AHP)模型,不结扎副胰管,插管在主胰管内长度为0.5~1cm,尽快(8~19s)注入胆汁(≥0.5ml/kg体重),结果表明本法省时,损伤小,不需特殊装置,较Ohlsson法更简易。寻找主胰管是逆行胰管注射法的重要步骤,本文介绍的寻找主胰管的方法较Revell法简易实用。
Nineteen mongrel dogs of both sexes were used in reproducing AHP in duced by intraduct retrograde injection. The animals were divided into five groups. (1) autologous bile group, (2) physiological saline group, (3) dosage reduecd bile group, (4) distilled water group, and (5) control group without any injection. The amount of liquid injection in groupsl,2 and 4 was 0.5 ml/kg of body weight, while in group 3 it was 0.2 mi/kg. The cannula was inserted into the main pancreatic duct for 0.5-1 cm. The bile was injected as soon as possible (8-19 seconds). The serum-amylase was measured before and after injection. After the dogs died or sacrificed, the removed pancreas was examined under a light microscope. The results show that the model of AHP induced by autologous bile injected into the main pancreatic duct without ligating the accessory pancreatic duct was simple and reliable. To find the main pancreatic duct is an important procedure of retrograde injection. The easily found place is close to the duodenum, within 2cm cranial to the junction point between the cranial and caudal portions of the right pancreas lobe.
