摘要
目的探讨青光眼并发白内障三联疗法的临床疗效。方法对32例（40眼）青光眼并发白内障患者实施白内障摘除、人工晶体植入联合小梁切除三联手术治疗,术后随访3-6个月对视力、眼压及并发症等进行临床观察。结果术后视力恢复至0.4-0.6者31眼（77.5%）,0.3-0.4者7眼（17.5%）,0.1以下者2眼（5.0%）;术后37眼（92.5%）眼压控制在2.33kPa以下;术后出现角膜水肿者8眼（20.0%）;前房渗出者9眼（22.5%）,未出现前房出血、瞳孔夹持、浅前房等并发症。结论三联手术联合治疗青光眼并发白内障远期效果良好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triplex operation on glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods 32 patients（40 eyes） with glaucoma complicated with cataract were performed the triplex operations.The patients were followed up for 3 ~ 6 months to detect the eyesight,intraocular tension and complications.Results After the operation,eyesight of 31 eyes was recovered to 0.4 ~ 0.6（77.5%）,7 eyes to 0.3 ~ 0.4（17.5%） and only 2 eyes below 0.1（5.0%）.The intraocular tension of 37 eyes（92.5%） were controlled below 2.33 kPa.8 eyes got cornea edema（20.0%）,9 eyes got atria exudation（22.5%）,none of the eyes got complications such as atria haemorrhage,pupil clamp and shallow atria.Conclusion The efficacy of the triplex operation on glaucoma complicated with cataract is good in long term,which is worth popularizing.
