摘要
目的探讨弹性义齿在临床上修复牙列缺损的效果。方法用弹性义齿修复84例牙列缺损的患者,经过1-3年随访观察后分析临床效果。结果本组满意者80例,满意度达95.23%;经过1-3年随访观察,成功76例,占90.48%;失败8例,占9.52%。结论弹性义齿在美观耐用、预防食物嵌塞方面均好于传统可摘局部义齿;在固位、稳定及咀嚼功能的恢复上稍差;在修复类型方面,肯氏Ⅲ类及肯氏Ⅳ类牙列缺损更适合使用弹性义齿修复。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of elastic dental prosthesis on patients with dentition defects.Methods We repaired the dentition defects of 84 cases by elastic dental prosthesis,and analyzed the therapeutic efficacy by following-up for 1 to 3 years.Results In 84 cases of dentition defects,80 cases（95.23%） were satisfied with elastic dental prosthesis,76 cases（90.48%） were successful and 8 cases（9.52%） were failed with following-up for 1 to 3 years.Conclusion Elastic dental prosthesis is better than traditional removable partial dentures in attractiveness,durability and preventing the food from being inlaid.But it will be improved in retention,stabilization and the recovery of mastication function.In type of repairing,Kennedy＇s Ⅲ and Ⅳ dentition defects are more suitable to use the elastic dental prosthesis to repair.
