摘要
目的总结隐形义齿在临床上治疗牙列缺损的疗效。方法总结牙列缺损患者115例,共制作隐形义齿计117件,参照何国强义齿成功效评定标准标及修复后三个月随访而得出结果。结果117件隐形义齿,成功101件,失败16件,成功率86%。结论隐形义齿在美观耐用、预防食物嵌塞方面均好于传统可摘局部义齿;在固位、稳定及咀嚼功能的恢复上与传统可摘局部义齿无明显差异;在修复类型方面,肯氏Ⅲ类及肯氏Ⅳ类牙列缺损更适合使用隐形义齿修复。
Objective： Summarize the Curative effect of using concealed denture to repair dentition defect on clinic. Methods： It arranges 115 patients of dentition defect, making 117 concealed dentures altogether, and consult He Guoqiang＇s succeeded denture criteria for evaluation and a three-months follow-up visit after repairing to draw the result. Results： In 117 concealed dentures, 101 were successful and16 failed. The success rate is 86%. Conclusion： Concealed dentures are better than traditional removable partial dentures in attractiveness, durability and preventing the food from being inlaid and filling in. They don＇t have obvious difference in retention, stabilizing and the recovery of mastication function. In type of repairing, Kennedy＇s Ⅲ and Ⅳdentition defect are more suitable to use the concealed denture to repair.
