摘要
简要介绍了视频信号数字加扰方式，提出了一种特殊的行旋转加扰方式，并分析了组成这种加扰系统的各部分硬件结构。
The ways of video signals digit scrambling are briefly introduced.Then a kind of special scrambling way of line turning is presented and the hardware composition of this scrambling system is analyzed.The characteristics of the scrambling system are discussed as well.
