提出了一种基于计算机插卡结构的视频处理系统，通过采用大规模集成电路ＦＰＧＡ设计技术，实现对视频信号的行旋转或行置换加解扰功能。详尽地介绍了ＦＰＧＡ设计技术在该领域的应用及功能实现的原理与技术方法。
A video processing system based on computer plugin structure is proposed.By means of LSI IC FPGA design techniques,scrambling and descrambling using line rotation or line replacement in the video signal is realized.The application of FPGA design techniques in this field and the principles and techniques for the realization of the functions are described in detail.
