摘要
随着招生规模的不断扩大,如何提高研究生培养质量已成为目前研究生教育的重要课题。临床能力训练是医学研究生培养的重要环节。文章从培养耳鼻咽喉科硕士研究生临床能力的实践出发,分析了存在的主要问题,主要包括临床基础参差不齐、临床实践机会较少以及单一技能和专业全面技能培养的矛盾等,并有针对性地提出了相应的解决方法。
With the expanded enrolment of students, how to improve the quality of graduate education has become a prominent issue at present. Clinical ability is a core in producing graduate students of clinical medicine program. This study analyzes the main problems from the practice of training clinical ability for graduate students of otorhinolaryngology, which mainly include the uneven clinical foundation, less clinical practice chance, the contradiction of the skill training between single and comprehensive professional skills. Furthermore, the authors have come up with the corresponding selutions.
