摘要
目的:调查分析医学院校合并后,医学生的专业认同感情况和影响因素,及其在校区更换期间的适应性情况。方法:采用调查设计中的普查方法,共回收有效问卷230份。结果:医学生进入医学专业学习之前的专业认同感较低,但经过两年的专业学习后,其专业认同感提高较大;医学生在校区更换过程中确实存在着适应性问题。建议:加大医学专业的招生宣传力度,加速不同校区文化的融合,为我国的医药卫生事业培养更多的优质人才。
Objective: This article is to analyze the status and influencing factors of major identity and adaptability of campus change after medical college merged into comprehensive university. Method: Overall survey was used with 230 questionnaires received. Results: Medical students had low major identity before they studied medical science. But after two years' study in medical science, a notable increase of major identity happened. Also, there was adaptability of campus change among medical students. Suggestion: The publicity should be enhanced when medical departments recruit new students and the culture fusion of different campuses should be speeded up in order to cultivate health talents for our country.
