摘要
【目的】比较阳春砂3个栽培品种长果、圆果和春选挥发油的镇痛药效。【方法】采用冰乙酸致小鼠扭体模型观察阳春砂3种挥发油的镇痛作用。【结果】阳春砂3个栽培品种的挥发油均有一定的镇痛药效,3者达到50%扭体抑制率的给药浓度分别为体积分数8.05%、8.63%、13.4%。【结论】长果和圆果阳春砂挥发油镇痛药效优于春选挥发油,可能与长果和圆果挥发油中乙酸龙脑酯含量较高有关。
Objective To compare the analgesic effect of essential oils from three different cultivars of Amomum villosum Lour.,which are named as Changguo（CG）,Yuanguo（YG） and Chunxuan（CX）,respectively.Methods Acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice was applied to assess the analgesic activities of the essential oils.Results Essential oils from the three cultivars inhibited the mice writhing reflexes in a dose-dependent manner.The 50% effective concentration（EC50） of CG,YG and CX was 8.05%,8.63% and 13.4%（V/V）,respectively.Conclusion The analgesic efficacy of CG and YG is better than that of CX,which is probably related with the higher bornyl acetate content of volatile oils in CG and YG of Amomum villosum Lour.
