摘要
施用ZnSO_4—MnSO_4混合微肥能提高阳春砂仁的产量和质量。挥发油含量提高5.55％。Gc—Ms—Ds分析鉴定精油中35种化合物,与试验对照及地道阳春砂仁化学成分一致,相对含量各有高低。微量元素和氨基酸含量比试验对照显著提高,更趋于与地道阳春砂仁含量相同,锰含量与施锰相关。
The yield and quality of Fructus Amomi could be increased by applying mixed fertilizer of trace element ZnSO_4 and MnSO_4 to the Plants. The volatile oil in it increases by 5.56％. GC-MS DS analyses shows that 35 Kinds of chemical compounds in the essential oil are in tune with control group of test and genuine Yangchun Fructus Amomi. The chemical composition vary in the relative content. The contents of trace elements and amino acid have been improved markedly as compared with experimental control group, almost the same as genuine Fructus Amomi. The content of manganese is related to the amount of manganese applied.
