柿叶总黄酮中槲皮素的含量测定 被引量：3

摘要 目的：建立柿叶总黄酮中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：Hypersil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相∶甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（50∶50）;检测波长：360 nm;流速：1.0 mL/min,进样体积：10μL。结果：槲皮素含量在2.7-54 mg/L范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 8）。平均加样回收率为96.2%,RSD为1.70%（n=9）。结论：该方法准确、稳定、可靠,可用于控制柿叶总黄酮的质量。
