摘要 介绍了一种32位ARM内核的旋转式黏度仪系统设计方法,详细说明了仪器的测量原理和结构设计。仪器以ARM为核心,控制步进电动机的细分驱动,使之平稳运转,为单圆筒旋转式黏度计提供动力,同时,内置USB模块,进一步扩展了仪器功能。该仪器可测量范围在1~105N.s.m2之间,可满足工业上对常用液体黏度的测量要求。模拟调试和实际使用表明,该仪器能够满足实际应用要求。 The design method of the rotary viscometer system with the 32-bit ARM as the kernel is presented,the measuring principle and structural design of this instrument are described in detail.The stepping motor is controlled by the ARM for fine-drive to get smooth operation as the power of the single cylinder in rotary viscometer;in addition,the built-in USM module expand its functions.The measurement range of the instrument is 1~105 N·s·m2 that meets the requirement of commonly used viscosity measurement in industries.The simulated test and practical operation indicate that the instrument satisfies the application requirement.
