卵巢过度刺激综合征的中西医研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）是辅助生殖技术中应用诱发排卵或超排卵药物后引起的一种严重医源性并发症,主要见于多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）、甲状腺功能低下和多胎妊娠患者,偶见于自发排卵周期。临床表现为体重、腹围迅速增加,恶心、呕吐、腹泻,血液浓缩,白细胞增加,血氧不足,少尿或无尿,电解质紊乱,腹水、胸水,心包积液,消化道出血,血栓形成,呼吸窘迫综合征,多器官损害和功能衰竭,甚至引起死亡。
