摘要
目的:探讨肾素活性(RA)与血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)在超排卵治疗中对卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)预测的相关性。方法:用放免法分别测定62例超排卵治疗患者(其中含10例OHSS患者)月经第3天、卵泡成熟日、排卵后7日血清中RA与AⅡ,以20例自然周期患者为对照组。结果:自然周期患者及接受超排卵患者血清中RA与AⅡ在月经第3天无显著性差异(P>0.05),从卵泡成熟日至排卵后7日均呈进行性增高;非OHSS患者肾素活性与血管紧张素Ⅱ值在卵泡成熟日及排卵后7日较自然周期患者增高无显著性差异(P>0.05),但OHSS患者较其余接受超排卵治疗患者明显增高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:肾素活性与血管紧张素Ⅱ与OHSS的发病密切相关,其增高对OHSS的发病有一定的预测作用。
Objective： To determine the association between renin - like activity （RA） and angiotensin II （ A Ⅱ ） and predicting ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS） during superovulation in patients with infertility. Methods： Blood sample were collected from 20 patients with natural cycle as control （ group Ⅰ）, 52 patients without OHSS （ group Ⅱ ） undergoing superovulation and 10 patients with OHSS （ group Ⅲ） on the third day of menses, the day of mature ovum and the seventh day of ovum RA and A II levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results： Plasma RA and A II of all groups were no significant difference on the third day of menses （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, increased from the day of mature ovum to the seventh day of ovum. RA and A 11 levels in patients undergoing superovulation were no significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but the levels in OHSS group were significantly higher than in non - OHSS group undergoing superovlation （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The results suggest that RA and A II can assist in predicting and treating OHSS.
