在小麦上实施基因沉默的VIGS系统优化 被引量:4

Optimisation of Barley Stripe Mosaic Virus-induced Gene Silencing in Wheat

摘要 以大麦条纹花叶病毒(Barley stripe mosaic virus,BSMV)改造的VIGS(Virus induced gene silencing)载体在单子叶植物中能够介导基因沉默,因此BSMV在植物基因功能鉴定中具有广泛的应用。本试验通过在近等基因系TcLr24中对BSMV VIGS载体系统进行优化,以保证更方便地在小麦近等基因系(NIL)中实施VIGS功能验证。 Virus induced gene silencing(VIGS) offers a rapid and high-throughput technical platform for gene function analysis using Barley stripe mosaic virus(BSMV)-based vectors in wheat.In this paper,we report optimization of BSMV-induced gene silencing in NIL TcLr24 in order to carry out VIGS in wheat.
