摘要
以ＴＣＷ １２ 型真空永磁过滤机为例，分析指出磁滤机筒体表面的磁场强度、磁系位置及筒体转速对生产能力有很大影响；真空度和滤布性能对滤饼水分有较大影响，而在一定范围内筒体转速对滤饼水分的影响较小。
Taking TCW 12 vaccum permanent magnet filter for example,the analysis shows that the magnetic field strength of barrel surface of vaccum permanent magnet filter,magnet system position and rotation of revolution of barrel have a great effect on productivity,vaccum degree and filter cloth property has a great effect on filter cake water content,the rotation speed of barrel has a small effect on filter cake water content within a certain limit
