摘要
针对上钢一厂转炉终渣ΣFeO高，出钢温度高，溅渣护炉较为困难的特点，对该厂转炉终渣、溅后渣及溅渣层的成分、熔化性温度和矿相组成进行研究。并探讨了炉渣物性对溅渣护炉的影响。
In the case of the characteristics of high content (FeO), high tapping temperatureand difficult furnace maintenance with slag splashing, the researches on chethecal compositions of fi-nal slags, residual slags and slag layers, melting temperature and petrological composition have beendone in Shanghai No. 1 Iron & Steel Works. The effects of physical properties of slags on slagsplashing have been also dicussed herein.
