精神分裂症男性患者的事件相关电位P300与攻击行为相关性研究 被引量:4

A correlative study between aggression and P300 component of event-related potential in male schizophrenia

摘要 目的探讨精神分裂症男性患者事件相关电位P300与攻击行为的相关性。方法以既往史和外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分区分研究组(30例)与对照组(30例),比较两组患者的一般人口学资料、一般临床资料、P300潜伏期及P300振幅进行比较和分析,并对P300潜伏期和P300振幅与MOAS总分、各因子分和BPRS总分、各因子分之间的相关性进行分析。结果研究组中央顶部(Cz)的P300潜伏期(320.69±45.16)ms比对照组(287.46±42.76)ms延长,P300振幅(3.37±1.59)μv比对照组(4.81±2.24)μv降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P300潜伏期与MOAS总分(r=0.315)、对他人攻击因子分(r=0.320)均存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论外向性、程度严重攻击行为(主要是对他人的攻击)与男性精神分裂症患者的认知功能缺陷密切相关。 Objective The purpose of the study was to explore the correlation between the P300 component of event-related potential and aggressive behavior of male schizophrenic patients.Methods According to the past violence history and modified overt aggression scale(MOAS)scores,60 male schizophrenic patients were divided into research group(n=30)and control group(n=30),respectively.The demographic data,the clinical data,the total score and sub-scale scores of the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),P300 latency and P300 amplitude were compared between the two groups and correlations between latency and amplitude of P300 with the scores of BPRS and scores of MOAS were also built up.Results The research group had significantly more longer P300 latency(320.69 ± 45.16)ms and lower P300 amplitude(3.37 ± 1.59)μv as compare with the control group[(287.46 ± 42.76)ms,(4.81 ± 0.54)μv](P0.05).Increased P300 latency was significantly correlated with MOAS total scores(r=0.315,aggression against others sub-scores(r=0.320)(P0.01).Conclusions Extraversion aggression and severe aggression may be closely related to defects of cognitive function in male schizophrenias.
