摘要
本文采用目标取样法和扫描取样法研究人工条件下麋鹿的活动时间分配和栖息地选择．结果表明，麋鹿白天用大多数时间来休息和站立，摄食集中于晚上，它们对栖息地也有非常显著的选择性．
In this paper we have used focal sampling and scanning sampling method primarily to study David's deer time budget and habitat selection behavior.The result shown that David's deer herd spent more time on resting and less time on standing and moving,feeding and drinking;the herd preferred hard soil and feeding zone in terms of habitat selection;the affiliate behavior existed among the master and adult female.Artificial selection dereased the frequency of fighting behavior and increased that of horning and territory behavior,which was closely related to sexual behavior.
