摘要 脂多糖(LPS)具有多种生物学活性和免疫学特性,对牙周组织具有很高的毒性和抗原性,是牙周炎重要的病因之一。本文就LPS的化学组成,LPS对牙周膜细胞(PDLC)超微结构、对PDLC增殖及其成骨能力、对PDLC胶原降解、对PDLC附着能力的影响以及LPS诱导PDLC产生多种炎性递质、LPS对PDLC在其他方面的作用等研究进展作一综述。 Lipopolysaccharide(LPS),which is one of the main etiological factors of periodontitis has many kinds of biological and immunological activity.This article summarizes the effects of lipopolysaccharide on biological activity of periodontal ligament cells in research progress.
