摘要
探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在乳房肿块诊断中的价值。２７９例乳腺肿块患者行彩超检查后，手术切除病检，以石蜡切片ＨＥ染色的病理检查结果为依据，将彩超检查结果进行分析。彩超对乳腺囊肿、纤维腺瘤的诊断符合率较高（均大于９０％），对乳腺增生、乳腺癌、乳管内乳头状瘤的诊断符合率相对较低（均大于８０％）。彩超是一种乳房肿块诊断符合率较高的无创性检查，其诊断符合率高于一般Ｂ超和铝靶。但其检查结果尚不能作为根治性切除的单项依据。
To estimate the value of color ultrasonic Doppler in diagnosing the breast masses. 279 patients with breastmass were examined with color ultrasonic Doppler in our hospital.Following the ultrasonic examination, thebreast masses were resected and analysed with pathological examination which was used as golden standard. theaccordance (above 90%) of color ultrasonic Doppler with golden standard in diagnosing the galactocele andfibroadenoma was higher than that(above 80%) in diagnosing the hyperplasia masses,breast cancer intraductalpapilloma. The color ultrasonic Doppler is an effective noninvasive examination in diagnosing breast masses,andthe accordance is higher than that of general ultrasonic.But the radical resection can not be determined onlyaccording to the result of color ultrasonic Doppler exmination.
