摘要
通过对传统30Cr1Mo1V钢的化学成分进行超纯化设计,并采用鼓风冷却的热处理工艺形式,最终获得低的FATT、高的抗拉强度及高温持久性能,满足了联合循环机组高中压转子锻件的技术要求。
In this article we designed the chemical composition of the traditional 30Cr1Mo1V steel by means of super-purification,and adopt the heat treatment process of blast cooling,finally we obtained low FATT value,high tensile strength and high temperature permanent property,which can completely satisfy the technical requirement for the high-intermediate pressure rotor in combined cyclic turbines.
