煤电机组绿色低碳技术体系与发展策略综述

摘要 煤电在我国电力发展中承担“压舱石”角色,在加速新能源发展的同时,实施煤电绿色低碳技术体系研发与布局成为迫切任务。深入探讨可再生能源掺烧、一炉多机发电、加压富氧燃烧、高参数发电及宽负荷提效等绿色低碳技术,提出相应布局策略与发展导向,旨在优化煤电机组碳足迹。为推动煤电绿色低碳转型,建议加速构建技术标准体系、推进改造项目、建设示范工程、促进技术研发突破,并推动国家能源安全体系建设,为实现碳达峰与碳中和目标提供借鉴。 Coal-fired power plays a pivotal role in China's electricity development.While accelerating the development of new energy sources,it becomes an urgent task to research and deploy a green and low-carbon technology system for coal power.This research explores various green and low-carbon technologies,including co-firing with renewable energy,multi-unit power generation from a single boiler,pressurized oxy-fuel combustion,high-parameter power generation,and wide-load efficiency enhancement.It proposes corresponding layout strategies and development orientations to optimize the carbon footprint of coal-fired power units.To promote the green and low-carbon transformation of coal power,it is recommended to accelerate the establishment of a technical standards system,scientifically advance renovation projects,construct demonstration projects,and promote breakthroughs in technology research and development.These measures aim to strengthen the national energy security system and provide solid support for achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
