摘要
如何通过自主创新实现产品升级是我国装备制造业发展面临的主要问题。以神华集团主导高端液压支架自主创新过程为例,提出了领先用户主导创新模式,并对用户在其中的作用以及该模式创新过程的识别进行了研究。研究表明,本土领先用户主导创新是我国装备制造业自主创新的有效模式,该模式对创新理论和我国实践应用都具有现实意义。
Product upgrading of our equipment manufacturing industry is a demanding issue to be solved.ShenHua Group Co.,Ltd.successfully organized and dominated the innovation process of large-scale hydraulic support,which is a good case for our indigenous innovation of Equipment Manufacturing Industry.This paper analyzes its innovation pattern and summarizes it as lead-user dominating innovation.It will be an effective model for our equipment manufacturing industrys development and an extended model for user innovation theory.
