摘要
现代企业日益重视产品和服务的创新。用户，尤其是领先用户，在创新过程中的作用越来越显著。本文通过对领先用户及领先用户法概念的界定，明确了领先用户在技术创新中的特殊作用，着重介绍了领先用户法应用的关键性环节，最后辅以3M公司运用这一方法进行新产品开发的过程，直观地阐明了领先用户法的实际应用。
Enterprises nowadays think highly of product and service innovation in order to enhance their competitive advantages. The users, especially the lead users, play more and more significant role in the innovations. Then, this article defines the concept leading user and leading user method, clears about the leading users＇ special function in technical innovation, and introduces crucial link of the leading user method emphatically, finally utilizes this method by 3M Corporation to carry on new product development. This example helps us understand practical application of leading user method more concretely. The leading user method causes enterprises to rapidly complete the innovation products/services the commercialization. So the research of lead users could help our enterprises precisely grasp the needs of market, accelerate the process of technological innovation, and finally achieve the success.
