摘要
探讨轻型牛仔布的生产工艺要点。针对轻型牛仔布纱号细,强力较低,密度较大,生产难度比常规品种大的特点,染浆工序要控制好纱线张力,保证织轴质量,并确保织轴颜色的一致性,减少色差;各道工序张力偏小掌握,以保持纱线弹性伸长;织造工序规范操作,减少经纬向停台横档的产生,可保证织机效率和产品质量。
Production processing key points of light denim were discussed. According to light denim properties such as finer yarn, lower strength, larger density and difficulties in production, yarn tension should be controlled well in dying and sizing process to ensure loom beam quality and uniformity of loom beam color uniformity. Tension in each process should be less to keep yarn elastic elongation. In weaving process, operation should be norm to reduce weft and warp cross bar, ensure loom efficiency and product quality.
