介绍了丽赛棉薄型弹力牛仔面料的设计思想和织物风格特征。讨论了络筒、整经、浆染、织造工序的工艺要求和关键技术。其中,染浆工序采取小张力、保伸长、低粘度,织造工序采取早开口、高后梁、较大张力的工艺配置,能较好地确保浆轴质量及织造产品质量。
The design idea and fabric characteristics of blended Richcel/cotton elastic denim are described. The process requirements and key technology in winding, warping, dyeing and weaving are discussed. Smaller tension, suitable elongation and low viscosity are adopted in dyeing process, earlier opening, bigger tension and high back beam are adopted in weaving process to ensure the quality of the weaving products.
